Grovia was built on a simple belief: that homeowners in New Jersey deserve a contractor they can actually trust.

We are Neto and Stefano, two partners who got tired of seeing the same story play out over and over: homeowners excited about a renovation, only to end up frustrated by poor communication, unexpected costs and work that did not match what was promised. We started Grovia to be the answer to that problem.

What we bring to every project goes beyond skilled craftsmanship. Between personally managing fix and flip renovations, completing full gut rehabs and selling over 30 homes as a licensed realtor, we understand what quality renovation work truly looks like and exactly what adds real value to a home. We have seen firsthand what separates a project that stands the test of time from one that falls short. That knowledge shapes every decision we make.

It is accountability. We show up when we say we will, we communicate clearly from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, and we treat your home with the same care we would give our own.
